Nina is on the road

Hi all ... Nina is currently on the road again, until April 9th, travelling back to Indonesia. See you all again soon.

Nina can lift her leg and then says 'kaki' or she can point to her leg and says 'kaki' too.

In a new dress from auntie Meidy

Nina wore her new dress from auntie Meidy on Saturday, when we went to visit Morgan, Evan's new baby. These were taken while we were waiting for the cab at our place.

Nina played with her blanket after her afternoon nap.
But, she still does not like blanket when she is sleeping though.

Voice of Nina

A little different today. We are posting the voice of Nina. Here are the words that Nina has been able to say and those that we have managed to record them. More to follow later. She has not been able to pronounce most of words well, but she's getting there. :-)

  (This is when we ask her, 'Where is Heidi?', 'Where is Ah-Mah?' and 'Where is Mamu?')

  (She will say this when she drops something)

  (She says this when she is asking for milk)

Eating Grape

Nina can now eat grape by herself. We peel the skin first before giving it to her.

Nina .. one Sunday afternoon

We brought Nina down to the poolside and the playgound on the ground floor of our apartment on Sunday afternoon to play. She could now balance herself well when 'riding' the car at the playground. Of course Rannie was ready to grab her in case she decided to try something funny.

Hey ... I have that too!

Last Saturday, Nina was browsing (read: playing with) a magazine and she saw a picture of a woman showing her belly button and she knew she had that too !

No more rocker for day nap

Since we came back from Indonesia in early February, Nina has been able to sleep on a bed rather than her usual rocker chair during the day. She probably got used to it when she was in Indonesia for that two and a half week.

New hair cut

Look what mummy has done to Nina. She cut her fringes. Nina has a new hair style now.
