Treasure our time we are spending with our baby now. They grow and learn fast. Nina will repeat almost everything we say now, especially those single and double words. So, we need to be careful of what we say. They will not misquote, eventhough they may say it differently, they will repeat word by word what we should not have said.

Look at that fuller cheek. Nina has gained some weight since the last time she was weighed at the hospital about two weeks ago. She was 11.5kg then. She is probably 1kg heavier now and has been eating more lately. She always want to have a share of whatever we eat. And when she doesn't believe that we are not eating anything, she will ask us to open our mouth for her to see there is really nothing inside. She will say "ach ach ach" while opening her mouth, asking us to do the same. :-)

When we ask her, 'where is Nina cantik' (where is the pretty Nina), she will put her index finger on her cheek and smile.

This was taken when we went back to Bangka recently for the Qing-Ming. I have been pretty busy lately, thus have not been able to process those photos taken during our recent trip. Hope to get back on the regular track again this week.

Getting Closer to Mommy

Apologize for not posting in the past few days. I did a three day pre-wedding outdoor photo shoot for my wife's cousin and was totally exhausted thus didn't get a chance to process Nina's photos for posting. I am back again now.

Nina has been getting closer and closer to her mommy. She will definitely call and look for her mommy when she has not seen her for just 5 minutes.

Nina can walk !!!!

Hello all ... we are back in Singapore and guess what .. Nina can walk !! She made her first steps in Jakarta on April 9th, 2006, in the morning before we left for Singapore. Rannie and her aunt were nearby and were ready to grab her in case she lost her balance while I was with my camera.
