Color Matching
Nina can match the color of her plastic tumbler and bowl since about a month ago. She would play with them and put the tumbler in the bowl and bring them to us.
She has six pairs of tumblers and bowls of different colors and she can match for all six.
Nina and her veil #2
Another one with the veil.Remember the drama serial 'Oshin' that was aired in 1983?
Nina and her veil
I like playing with that clothes. Remember the previous photo of the bandana below? Now it becomes a veil.
Words and Shapes
I am not sure if I interpret this correctly, but Nina is able to associate words with shapes. For example, one day she put her ball on top of her plastic tumbler and she said to me, "ice cream". It does look like an ice cream cone, doesn't it?
Spider
There are small spiders on the outer side of the glass window in our living room. They are there almost everyday. At least one. Nina likes to look at them and sometimes telling her to go and look for the spider is the only way to stop her from crying.
Nina and her bandana
OK ... that's not her bandana actually. It was the clothes used to wrap her when she was still a little baby. But it does make a good bandana. :-)
A Sweet Cool Look
This is another portrait of Nina taken recently. She was playing by the window, in between the sofa in the living room on her left and the glass window on her right at Fraser.
BTW .. nina can now say 'butterfly' clearly. No more 'butata'. We're gonna miss her cute sound of 'butata'.Nina can also say 'thank you so much' now.
"chubby chubby !"
Nina will pinch her own cheeks when we say 'chubby chubby'. And she can say the same too.
Nina .. a portrait
She has 100% of her mommy's eyes.
Yakult
Nina likes Yakult. She pronounces it 'yacud'. Not bad, close enough. I hope someone from the Yakult company sees this post and will pay Nina for the free advertisement. :-)

Playing alone
When she's in good mood, Nina can play alone ignoring both her mommy and daddy. How we wish she could always do this. :-)
Brushing Teeth
Nina has been brushing her teeth since she was about 15 months old. I still keep her first tootbrush. It's in the box that I use to keep everything related to Nina. This was the reflection of Nina and her mommy's on the mirror while Nina was brushing her teeth couple weeks ago.
